Bio

“Growing up in Canada and the U.S., I spent my time skiing in the Rockies, surfing off the coast of southern California and cooking with my dad.

Since then, I have been lucky enough to travel to over 50 countries, working as a professional chef in Canada, America, Thailand, Greece, Germany, France and the UK. And drawing on those experiences, I am able to recreate delicacies from around the world, specialising in South Asian, Mediterranean and Modern European cuisines.

In 2013 I was awarded the Certified Chef du Cuisine designation, one of the highest culinary accreditations in North America.  I also had the unique opportunity to work with Chef Jamie Kennedy at his flagship restaurant JK Wine Bar, which earned the title of Canada’a best restaurant. And shortly after, while serving as Head Chef at Norwood’s restaurant on Vancouver Island, we were listed among the top 20 restaurants in North America.

My career as a private chef began in 2016 as Corporate Exec. Chef of Consensio, one of the most exclusive ultra-luxury chalet companies in the world, providing bespoke Michelin standard cuisine for UNHW clients from all over the globe.

Sharing my love of food is one of the greatest joys of my life, and living in Cheltenham, surrounded by some of the most beautiful landscapes and best local produce in the UK, it’s my distinct privilege to bring all of that, and myself, to your table.”
